Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy - 14 Days
Our Globe-Trotter Factory website returns policy ensures your satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with the ex display products you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original condition.
Please note that Globe-Trotter Factory is not responsible for any costs associated with returning items.
When returning items, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Globe-Trotter cannot be held accountable for any items damaged or lost in transit. Upon receiving your returned Item(s), allow us 3-5 working days to process them. You will be notified once the refund has been issued.
In case you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us first with your order number and images of the product. Do not return the items without prior communication with our Customer Service team. Globe-Trotter will not cover postage costs or losses in transit for returns not pre-approved by our team. For faulty items, we will organize a pick-up once the issue is discussed and confirmed.
Please be aware that returns can only be processed for the original purchaser. If you wish to return a gift, kindly have the original purchaser arrange the return on your behalf.
